Frequently asked questions
Do monthly credits expire?
Yes. Monthly credits are valid for your paid billing month. Whatever is unused by its end expires and does not roll over. After the paid renewal you get the full new allowance.
Do purchased credits expire?
No. Purchased credits have no expiry date and stay usable without a subscription and after cancelling.
Do I need a subscription?
No. Dslop works without a subscription. You start with 5 free designs and top up credits whenever you need them.
What counts as one design?
A newly generated design that has been saved successfully. Each new variant counts separately; downloading the same design again does not.
How do I cancel?
Any time, effective at the end of the paid month: in the studio under “Plan & credits” or without logging in via Cancel contracts here. You receive a confirmation by email. You can keep using your monthly credits until the end of the month.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. A switch applies from your next billing month. If you need more right away, simply top up credits.
When am I charged?
When you subscribe and then on the same day every month until you cancel. You can see the next charge in the studio under “Plan & credits”.
